REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes self healing, stress reduction and relaxation.
“Rei” means Universal, Divine, Spirit, Source and “Ki” means energy, universal life force energy.
It is a natural and safe method of energy healing which is performed by laying on hands on or just above you and offer’s a perfect opportunity to re-balance, re-harmonised and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

Reiki has many therapeutic benefit’s that can help with mental, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects. Whilst offering an added opportunity of self awareness, you might just receive some inspiring and creative solutions to something in your life
Sessions will last between 45-90 minutes. The energy will come through me and into you via placing hands on you or just over you. Reiki will flow intelligently and freely to wherever it is needed the most. You may feel some heat, some tingling or even pulsing in places – this is nothing to worry about. You could just as easily drift away into a little reiki nap..
Don’t be put off if you cant attend in person, Reiki can be delivered from distance, miles are not an obstacle.
You can received Reiki every day, once a week, twice a month, it’s really up to you and your circumstances. This will be tailored to you and your personal needs.
I would never diagnose or tell you to stop medications, this is a discussion for you and your doctor alone.
Reiki can be done along most things including religions and beliefs, it compliments not complicates.
