
PAST LIFE REGRESSION
Past Life Regression is like accessing your very own personal library full of memories and stories that you have collected before now.
Through therapeutic technique’s and hypnosis you will be safely guided to re-experience your past lives. You can gain valuable insights into who you are as a person and why you came to earth. Whilst some people are drawn to PLR out of curiosity, some wish to experience it for personal growth, clarity and understanding which naturally lends itself for healing. You are able to release fears, anxieties, traumas from the past that you unknowingly carried through to this life, for example, you could have a fear of water because in the past you drown. PLR can also bring awareness to hidden talents and abilities that you may or may not be aware of currently, it may explain why you love certain genre’s, music, art, literature, style’s and taste.
Experiencing Past Life Regression could show like a movie on a screen or seemingly random and vague images flashing up, symbols and colours. You could hear a familiar voice, recognise a family member or friend in your current life that was around you in your past life. You might hear a song that reminds you of a memory, a dance. All your sense’s may just well be aware of all your surroundings; what you are doing at that point in time, the smell of a flower, the taste of cigarettes in your mouth, the temperature and texture of the earth between your toes if you were walking bare footed or just simply knowing that you are dressed in clothing from an entirely different period of time without seeing it.
As you witness your story so to do the emotions attached. These can come and go as quickly as they appear; sadness, worry, abandonment, elation, joy, pride. Once you have witnessed everything you need to see, know and understand, you will be guided to your cause of death and to the moments following straight after.
The effects from our past (positive or negative) can ripple through and into our mental, emotional, physical and energetic body. They play out in ways such as destructive, compulsive behaviour, lack of motivation, being controlling or maybe you are very helpful and have a caring and calm side to you because you were once a nurse? Our past effects us and those around us, our relationships, our decision making etc. By having awareness of these, we can relinquish what is no longer serving us giving space to be present in the here and now.
