your mind, body and soul.

Gift yourself 30 minutes to let go of your day and come into yourself and your awareness. Giving your mind the opportunity to quieten those nagging thoughts and all the things you haven’t yet done but also you are giving yourself the time and space to release the stress, the worries and concerns.

It may be a challenging day at work or the kids are fine-tuning their abilities to trigger your frustration and patience. 
 It may simply be that you want to just be with yourself, without distraction or excuse. 


Whatever your reason, allow yourself time to be guided into a mediative state where you can relax

and do nothing but just be.

Meditation can reduce anxiety, chronic pain, depression and help improve your focus, your attention to detail and your ability to multitask. There are more benefits to meditation then what I have just mentioned but it is one of those things that the more you do, the more it benefits you and those around you. Don’t be surprised to receive compliments about how calm and relaxed you’re becoming, its validation that you are doing something good for you and your soul.

Stress can impact our body in so many ways. It impacts our sleep, distorts our personalities, has

a negative impact on our bodies. Although some thrive under pressure, constant stress over time
